Who is responsible for UKCA marking?

UKCA Marking legislation came into effect on July 1st 2013. Most windows and doors need a UKCA mark and it is the responsibility of the company that brings the complete product to market (frame, glass and hardware) to ensure it carries this accreditation.

If you buy fully glazed frames from us you don’t need to worry about UKCA Marking – our products are fully accredited which means you are already compliant. If you buy unglazed frames you will be responsible for obtaining the UKCA Mark, but we can help you gain the certification.
